The candidate must inform the company in writing 15 days in advance before leaving Bala ji Security & Allied Services.

For any kind of leave or emergency, a written application must be submitted 2 days in advance and approved by the office.

If emergency leave is taken, verbal notice must be given to the office immediately and later written leave should be submitted.

Salary for the month will be paid between 15 to 20 days after submission of duty chart and job record.

The company will not be responsible for any incident or mishap occurring outside of duty location or working hours.

If any rule is violated or behavior is found inappropriate, the company reserves the right to terminate services within 20 days without prior notice.
